The Alley Cat Allies 2023 Holiday CAT-A-LOG is here!
By selecting one of our 2023 Holiday CAT-A-LOG gifts, you’ll help us protect and save cats and kittens all year round. Your gift provides humane care in disaster situations, funds direct and critical veterinary care and supplies like food, confronts animal cruelty, and so much more.
This holiday season and beyond, your gift in the spirit of love and compassion makes a difference for cats.
Your Holiday CAT-A-LOG Gift will help cats like:
Journey
Journey came into Alley Cat Allies care as a young, sick, and frail kitten. In the first chaotic days, we did all we could to make sure she didn’t fade in the night. But Journey is a tough little lady and pulled through thanks to top-notch veterinary treatment!
We watched Journey grow up, flourish in a loving, experienced foster home, then finally find her new adoptive family. All along, we were incredibly grateful that our supporters made her foster and veterinary care possible.
Your gift of $30 supports foster care and treatment for cats like Journey until they are adopted.
Bane
Alley Cat Allies fights for cats on all fronts, including through the legislative process. This year, we won a critical legal victory in our work to protect cats like Bane from cruelty in Berkeley County, West Virginia, ensured the failure of a dangerous bill in Maine that would allow animal control to trap any community cat for “trespassing,” helped pass a bill to allow qualified veterinarians from out of state to practice in Florida to save more cats’ lives, and so much more.
Your gift of $50 today helps us build a better world for cats by changing harmful laws and policies and by promoting laws that protect cats.
Pasquel
Neonatal kittens, who are less than 4 weeks old, are in a fragile stage of their life — especially when they don’t have their mother to care for them. Alley Cat Allies provides education, specialized care, and necessary resources to ensure neonatal kittens live and thrive.
For example, as Dallas Animal Services struggled to care for kittens amid a citywide ransomware attack, we funded critical supplies like new incubators and heartbeat simulators. Our support saved neonatal kittens — like tiny Pasquel, pictured in his incubator!
Your gift of $101 helps save a neonatal kitten’s life and build a strong network of kitten caregivers and advocates.
Luttie-Bell
In 2023 alone, Alley Cat Allies has helped thousands of cats through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). And that number doesn’t even include the many TNR programs we’ve inspired nationwide. Community cats like Luttie-Bell were humanely trapped, spayed or neutered, eartipped, vaccinated, then returned to their outdoor homes where they thrive.
Your gift of $150 will help us provide TNR for more cats and give more communities the guidance and resources to create their own humane and effective programs for cats and kittens.
Thor
From hurricanes to floods to fires, Alley Cat Allies disaster response saves cats and kittens. 2023 was a hard-hit year, from tornadoes in Mississippi and Arkansas to the wildfires in Hawaii. When a cat impacted by a disaster needs even the most intensive care to survive, we provide it.
Thor, whose jaw was severely broken during the Arkansas tornadoes, received surgery to repair his injury through Alley Cat Allies disaster response. After weeks with his jaw wired to help him heal, he’s now wire-free, recovered, and adopted!
Your gift of $209 fuels Alley Cat Allies disaster response for cats and provides critical funding, supplies, and expertise long after the story is out of the headlines.
Soufflé
With the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic still resonating in communities worldwide, lifesaving veterinary care is more unaffordable and inaccessible than ever. Alley Cat Allies is committed to providing avenues to access care for cats and kittens—like little Soufflé, who needed immediate treatment for upper respiratory infection and more.
Thanks to our supporters, we covered the costs of his care until he was recovered, strong, and ready to be adopted. We’re proud to say Soufflé is healthy and thriving in his forever home!
Your gift of $300 supports Alley Cat Allies’ work to improve access to care for cats and kittens.
