The incredible donors who make our work possible aren’t just compassionate advocates for cats; they’re often on the ground saving cats’ lives, too! Diana, a major donor to Alley Cat Allies, has been a steadfast supporter since 2018—but has been carrying out Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for community cats for
far longer.
For 25 years, inspired by her love for her late cat companion, Tiger, Diana has cared for cats outdoors and even, at times, rescued orphaned kittens. She says her South Carolina community has come to embrace their community cats, and she works with fellow advocates to provide TNR, outdoor shelters, and regular care.
With all of her community cat experience, Diana chose to support Alley Cat Allies because she loves and shares our vision and mission to defend all cats and kittens. “I can’t imagine my life without cats being part of it,” she said.
Alley Cat Allies’ goal is to inspire people worldwide to become the kind of dedicated, effective cat advocate that Diana embodies. That is how we truly build a world where every cat’s life is valued and protected.
