We’ve been at work day and night on the ground saving cats and kittens impacted by the fires. At around 2 a.m. today, we were on the scene with local organizations to rescue cats as evacuations from the Palisades Fire occurred.
Our Rapid Response Team rushed three cats to emergency veterinary care and is coordinating comprehensive examination and treatment for 10 cats right now, with more to come. We will keep you updated.
Oliver, Klondike, and Toulouse had an initial examination and will receive critical treatment for injury and other medical conditions. We will ensure they receive all care they need, for as long as it takes.
It’s because of our supporters like you that we can provide this crucial aid when it matters the most.
We’ve been all over the impacted areas of the Palisades and Eaton fires to save cats’ lives (and even a turtle rescued from fire zone) with medical and needed supplies. Thank you to Femme Felines, a San Diego-based nonprofit animal organization for working with us through this ever-evolving disaster to make a true difference.
