Campus Cats
Alley Cat Allies offers resources for students and faculty with campus settings, especially
universities and colleges, where colonies of cats are often found. Many campuses across the country have administration endorsed programs.
National Feral Cat Day (NFCD)
National Feral Cat Day kicks
off a year long public education campaign designed to spread the word about feral cat issues. Not only defining what a feral cat is, but also explaining that they do not
belong in our nation’s shelter and animal control system. Posters and leaflets are displayed and disseminated by advocates across the country. To learn more visit www.nationalferalcatday.org.
Every Kitty - Every City
“Every Kitty – Every City” is a targeted effort to create much needed, life-saving programs which will benefit all cats. Through this program, Alley Cat Allies
partners with local Trap-Neuter-Return groups, shelters, animal control agencies, and governments to create a lasting, effective program for outdoor cats. Our work includes
initiating adult humane education through mass media and events, offering training for animal control officers, and helping local groups and governments increase the community’s
low-cost, high-volume spay/neuter and vaccination services for all cats.
We have programs in:
Atlantic City
Chicago
Baltimore
